Station 67

Thank you for inquiring about Station 67 Event Center. We are so thankful to be given the opportunity to host your event. Station 67 is managed by Simply Delicious by Hallmark who is your exclusive caterer.  If you should choose us to host your big day, these are some of the things we proudly include to guarantee a very special event.

 

    • A consecutive 8 hour block of time (9 hours if you book ceremony as well) This allows for 2 hours of set-up, 1 hour ceremony time, 5 hours of reception time, and 1 hour of clean-up.

 

    • Our full service team will work with you to design floor plans so when you arrive we will have tables and chairs set up for you, with linens, so you can begin your 2 hour set up of centerpieces and décor you want through the space.

 

    • You receive a complementary group food tasting from Simply Delicious by Hallmark for up to 6 people. Private tastings available upon request. We will be happy to get you scheduled inside of 6-9 months prior to your date. We will work with you to create a custom menu for your big day.

 

    • Two months prior to your date, we will schedule a detailing inside 30 days to work on all the details for the big day. This meeting will be a one hour detailing, 30 days prior with the event manager. At this time we will run through all details of the day and how you want the day to go.

 

    • Rehearsal –one hour for you and your bridal party to practice, with the event manager on-site to help run and organize.

 

    • Day of coordination, of ceremony and reception by a professional event manager

Station 67 has an exclusive catering agreement with Simply Delicious by Hallmark. A wide variety of menu options are available to allow you to create the perfect combination of choices for you and your guest.

Booking Station 67 Requires:

A Signed Contract, Receipt of $250 refundable deposit and 50% of estimated facility rental fees. All facility rental fees AND 50% of Food & Beverage charges must be paid by 30 days prior to the event. If the event date is within 30 days of booking full facility rental charges and Food & Beverage deposit must be paid at the time of booking to secure the date.

We offer a wide variety of menu choices and have a wide range of packages to make event planning easier. While we publish our most popular selections, our team is always ready to customize options to assure that they meet you and your guest needs. From china buffets to plated dinners as well as action stations, and disposable options for a more laid back event, we will be happy to assist to create the perfect reception your guest will remember.

Standard size linens in your choice of color and a linen napkin in your choice of color. ( colors provide upon request.)

Service-ware Package #1

Scroll-ware: beautiful clear 10 in plastic plates, bowls and 6in plates for appetizers or cake

Service-ware Package #2

Gold Band or Silver Band: rimmed disposable plates, bowls and 6in plates for appetizers or cake

Station 67 Bar Packages:

All packages below exclude martinis and shots. Bar closes 30 minutes prior to event ending time. SD requires ID of anyone who is of questionable age and will refuse alcohol service if the person is underage or proper identification cannot be provided. SD will refuse alcohol service to any person who, in the bartender’s judgement appears to be intoxicated.
All packages above include Assorted Sodas, Iced Tea and Ice Water throughout the evening.
Bottled Water provided during the last hour of the evening through the end of the event.
Fresh Brewed Regular & Decaffeinated Coffee and Hot Tea
To-go cups provided at the end of the evening.
Pricing includes high quality plastic-ware for guest service. $2 per person additional for traditional glass-ware.
All packages above subject to 20% Facility Service Charge as well as Franklin County Sales Tax.
